Job summary

Applied Medical Technology Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the Sales team. The role involves assisting sales reps, training customers, and developing sales tools, with travel up to 75% across the United States, including tradeshows and conferences.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years inside sales experience are preferred. The position requires strong listening and communication skills, plus a solid understanding of needs-based selling and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• An understanding of contract administration.
• Business acumen with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Reps in meeting goals by scheduling appointments in territory.
• Compile and forward sales leads to Sales Reps.
• Assist in generation of additional sales of AMT products.
• Assist in the creation of sales and marketing tools for AMT products.
• Perform an in-service when needed by Sales Rep.
• Travel as needed and to at least one tradeshow/conference.
• Assist with sales documents.
• Generate miscellaneous sales reports.
• Have product and market knowledge.
• Be a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
