Job summary

Affiliated Parts in Elmhurst is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to interact with customers by phone and email, create quotes, and process orders. This role reports to the Sales Manager and supports the sales team.

You will learn HVAC nomenclature, coordinate with operations, and help ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication, and a business or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer support via phone and email to assist new and existing customers with their requests in a timely manner.
• Create quotes via our order entry system to send to customers efficiently.
• Manage customer orders via the order entry System to ensure efficient delivery of products.
• Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as coordinating with the operations team.
• Learn and become proficient in HVAC equipment nomenclature and parts identification.

Role

We are currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for an Inside Sales Associate in our Elmhurst location. This position is responsible for interacting with customers through phone and email, creating quotes, and processing orders. As the Inside Sales Associate, you will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
