Job summary

Design Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Madison, WI team. This role handles customer orders via phone or in-person, providing accurate product information and support during business hours, 7:00am - 5:00pm.

You will answer calls, assist with orders, and promote products based on customer needs, while managing house accounts to drive sales growth. Some warehouse support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years related industry experience or equivalent field work.
• HVAC knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate with customers over the telephone, email and/or in person.
• Good listener with the ability to assess customer need.
• Goal driven, action oriented, self-motivated.
• Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open minded manner.
• Well organized and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Related degree is a plus.
