Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Previous inside sales, customer service, call center, appointment-setting, scheduling, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and convert inquiries into scheduled estimate appointments.
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads from website, phone, events, and other marketing sources.
Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled an estimate and with customers who received an estimate but have not purchased.
Schedule follow-up sales appointments and maintain appointment data in the CRM.
Provide professional customer service by phone and in person and coordinate with installers and branch management.
Coordinate installation and service appointments and communicate scheduling changes to relevant teams.
Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
Assist walk-in customers and provide showroom coverage as needed.
