Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into scheduled estimate appointments.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads from multiple sources.
• Follow up with prospects who have not scheduled yet.
• Coordinate installation and service scheduling with customers and branches.
• Maintain accurate lead, appointment, and follow-up data in the CRM.
