Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills are important, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems being a plus.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge is beneficial but training is provided for motivated candidates.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right products for their projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions—ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers.
• Educate customers on promotions and new products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
