Bray International, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of valve and actuator products, seeks an Inside Sales Assistant/Administrative Assistant for Flow-Tek, a Bray subsidiary. The role handles customer orders from Sales to delivery and requires 2+ years in administration within a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Strong organization and communication skills are essential. The candidate will process orders, file documents, coordinate expediting requests, and liaise with the RMA and Accounting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3> Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• 3> Minimum of 2 years related administrative experience.
• 3> Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3> Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• 3> Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• 3> Ability to organize work and fulfill daily activities as required.
• 3> Must be a team player and adaptable to a wide range of administrative tasks.
• 3> Available to work overtime hours as required.
• 3> Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Check/verify new orders.
• Create folders for and file new orders.
• File change orders due to delivery or customer changes.
• Coordinate with Planners for expedited shipping requests.
• Receive invoices from Accounting and file by customer number.
• Pull original orders from file cabinet for processing.
• Expedite backordered items from earlier shipments.
• Match packing lists and warehouse travelers with invoices for filing.
• Enter RMAs/GRNs and liaise with the RMA Department.
• Respond to customer requests for documentation related to sales orders.
• Scan and export all paperwork from orders shipped/invoiced to a shared drive.
• File completed invoice paperwork by ship date for retrieval.
