Job summary

Bray International, a leading manufacturer of industrial valves and flow-control products, seeks an Inside Sales Manager in Houston (onsite 8 AM–5 PM). You will lead Inside Sales and Customer Support teams, drive pricing, quote requests, and order processing to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating with production, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales (5+ preferred), strong multitasking and

Qualifications

• College degree or High school diploma.
• 2 or more years of relevant inside sales experience; 5 years or more preferred.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Inside Sales Reps with ongoing training.
• Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations from customers.
• Quote products and services to customers and enter them into Dynamics 365.
• Enter customer orders into Infor LN (ERP).
• Assist customers and outside sales with product selection.
• Maintain professional, respectful customer communications.
• Ensure order fulfillment and handle deliveries, returns and complaints.
