Flow-Tek, a Bray subsidiary, seeks an experienced administrative professional to join the Inside Sales team to process customer orders from sales order to delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in administration, excellent written and spoken communication, strong time management and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role (warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Check/verify new orders and create folders for and file new orders.
• File change orders due to delivery or customer changes.
• Coordinate with Planners for expedited shipping and process invoices by customer number.
• Pull original orders, expedite backordered items, and reconcile packing lists with invoices.
• Enter RMAs and GRNs; respond to customer requests for documentation related to sales orders.
• Scan/export paperwork from orders shipped/invoices to a shared digital storage.
• File all completed invoice paperwork by ship date for retrieval.
