Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical inside sales, engineering support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical product information, quotes, or support.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specs and delivery requirements.
• Track technical orders from inception to delivery and manage modifications or cancellations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to ensure orders meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in CRM and ERP systems.
