Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years related administrative experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Ability to organize work and fulfill daily activities as required.
• Must be a team player and be adaptable to a wide range of administrative tasks.
• Available to work overtime hours as required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Checking/verifying new orders.
• Creating folders for and filing new orders.
• Filing change orders due to delivery changes and customer changes.
• Working with the Planners for customer requests for expedited shipping.
• Receiving invoices from Accounting and filing them by customer number.
• Pulling original orders from file cabinet for further processing.
• Expediting backordered items from previously shipped orders.
• Matching the packing list and warehouse traveler with invoices to be filed.
• Entering RMA/GRN’s and working as a liaison with the RMA Department.
• Backup receptionist.
• Responding to customer requests for documentation related to sales orders.
• Scanning and exporting all paperwork from orders shipped/invoice to a shared drive for digital storage.
• Filing all completed invoice paperwork by ship date for retrieval when needed
