This inside sales role emphasizes product knowledge across flooring, cabinets, and related materials, with a base wage plus commissions and a strong path to growth within a thriving showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or account management experience.
• Experience with building materials or wholesale is a plus.
• Able to work with trade professionals (contractors/builders/designers).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.
• Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials.
• Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource.
• Help clients quote, plan, and win projects.
• Partner with showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences.
• Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM).
