Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Fenton, MO is hiring for Sales Business Development (Account Manager). This inside sales role focuses on building relationships with contractors, designers, and trade pros to grow a book of business.

You'll quote, plan, and win projects, work with showroom team to close deals, and maintain an organized CRM pipeline. Base salary is $45k plus commissions with first-year expectations of $50k-$60k.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, account management, or showroom sales.
• Building materials, flooring, kitchen & bath, or wholesale experience.
• Experience working with trade professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.
• Be the go to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials.
• Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource.
• Help clients quote, plan, and win projects.
• Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences.
• Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM).
