Job summary

Axiom Upgrades is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Connectivity Team. You will handle daily sales activities, manage orders and quotes, and maintain strong customer relationships across Austin, TX and Irvine, CA.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; 2 years of industry sales experience is a plus.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily sales calls, document outcomes, and follow up with customers.
• Support the Connectivity Team with daily sales activities and account management.
• Manage incoming customer emails, requests, and inquiries.
• Process customer orders and coordinate necessary adjustments with the order entry team.
• Maintain product catalog information, including new product setups, discontinued items, and pricing updates.
• Manage price protection requests for inventory on hand and in transit.
• Submit cost requests and coordinate pricing information.
• Enter, track, and update customer quotes using Stations CRM.
• Send approved quotes to customers and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Coordinate defective product returns and RMA requests.
• Enter and track product evaluations using Stations CRM.
• Assist with managing sales opportunities and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed.
