Axiom in Austin is seeking a hungry, reliable BD / Sales professional to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

You’ll drive outbound across email, Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn and other channels, qualify high‑value leads, and coordinate with the founders to turn market feedback into action.

Crypto knowledge is a plus but not required; you should be curious, fast‑learning, and ready to own a growing pipeline while representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
• Hardworking, dependable, and team-first.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers and building relationships online.
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up.
• Crypto knowledge is preferred, but not required if you are sharp, curious, and willing to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Find and qualify new leads (high volume traders).
• Build relationships with partners, communities, projects, and potential customers.
• Running outbound across email, Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understanding the crypto ecosystem and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Helping close partnerships, integrations, campaigns, and growth deals.
• Tracking conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline clearly.
• Working with the founders and BD team to turn market feedback into action.
