Axiom Memory Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a motivated Inside Account Manager to support our National Sales team. You will handle daily sales and account tasks, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate pricing and catalog updates.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving. You will collaborate with sales leadership and other departments, ensuring timely service and accurate information in a fast-growing memory and storage

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and account support to National Account Managers and customers.
• Manage incoming customer emails and phone calls, responding promptly and directing requests as needed.
• Process incoming orders and coordinate order adjustments with internal teams.
• Maintain product catalog information, including new product setups, discontinued items, and pricing updates.
• Coordinate pricing protection for inventory on hand and in transit.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal departments to support customer needs.
