Job summary

ACW is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing customer accounts, and build long-term relationships. You will identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to balance new business development with ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Able to identify opportunities, develop prospects, and grow customer accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; able to learn them quickly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand ACW's customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase retention and account growth.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives established by the Director of Sales.
• Research prospective customers, assess business opportunities, and develop strategies to win new accounts.
• Prepare quotations for new business and follow up on opportunities to convert quotes into orders.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell complementary products and services.
• Utilize leads generated by the marketing team to develop new business opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives and provide feedback to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
• Travel to approximately one or two trade shows annually and or large assigned customers as directed by management.
