Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in direct industry and sales of a technical product line.
• Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience required.
• Excellent salesmanship, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers promptly with courtesy and respect.
• Manage and support assigned accounts focusing on retention and growth.
• Assist sales representatives with quotes, proposals, and follow-up as needed.
• Greet and assist customers in person, providing product/service information and processing orders.
• Maintain accurate account information and activity in the WAV CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Set up complex orders in the company’s ERP system.
• Attend in-house and supplier training.
