The Counter & Inside Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering responsive service to walk-in customers and supporting sales through phone, email, and other channels.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, eager to learn wireless technology and WAV product lines, and will participate in WAV's training programs to develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, retail, sales, or related experience.
• Strong desire to learn the wireless communications industry and technical product sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers with on-site sales support and product information.
• Handle inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and accessories.
• Prepare quotes and process orders, including payments and delivery.
• Respond to emails and messages promptly and respectfully.
• Address inquiries and service issues, elevating concerns as needed.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy for quotes, orders, and activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and suppliers to fulfill needs.
• Support training on WAV product lines and processes.
• Assist in achieving sales and service goals.
