Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles objections with clear, persuasive responses.
• Identifies opportunities to upsell complementary products/services.
• Collaborates with sales team to place orders via phone.
• Monitors order processing and addresses delivery inquiries.
• Informs customers about promotions and upgrades.
• Collects feedback to improve the sales process.
• Participates in sales training to improve skills and knowledge.
