LeadVenture is seeking an inside sales Territory Manager to support Dealer Car Search, helping auto dealerships grow with tailored digital marketing solutions. You’ll own prospecting, outbound outreach, and sales growth—from first contact to closing deals.

This hands-on role requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to connect with others. Louisville, KY offers a mix of onsite, remote, or hybrid work within a quota-driven environment and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Proven prospecting and follow-up skills to generate new business.
• Clear communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and disciplined pipeline management.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage your defined territory, with no overlapping accounts.
• Prospect and close new dealership clients via outbound calls, emails, and demos.
• Build and maintain your book of business; support handles setup and training.
• Upsell within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust as needed.
• Operate in a mixed-mode environment (onsite, remote, or hybrid) with proactive communication.
