Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking an entry-level Inside Phone Sales Rep in Florida to build relationships with existing clients and drive revenue. The role centers on outbound outreach, thoughtful product recommendations, and timely follow-up to close deals.

You'll conduct daily calls and emails, maintain professional communications, and leverage listening and questioning skills to uncover client needs. Prior phone-sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Proficient with computers; 40+ wpm typing; quick to learn new software
• Willingness to work assigned hours and attend trainings
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Solid work ethic
• Must have basic math skills
• Experience in phone sales preferred
• Able to lift 25 lbs and sit for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing clients, learning about their business needs, informing them about new products or services, and recommending the best-fitting products to encourage sales
• Maintaining regular email communication with clients and serving as a professional representative of our company
• Leveraging active listening, strategic probing, and problem-solving techniques to ensure total customer satisfaction and foster business relationships
• Making 100 outbound phone calls per day or completing two hours of talking time
• Submitting 15 quotes per month
