Responsibilities include processing orders, quotes for service work, and coordinating shipping. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, strong communication, and 2+ years in related parts or service fields.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years in diesel engine, construction, agriculture equipment, or automotive parts/service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and navigation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service face-to-face or by phone.
• Help customers determine correct parts, verify availability, and recommend options.
• Process parts orders and determine shipping method and facility.
• Enter shipping details to generate invoices and manage orders.
• Handle backorders, returns, and exchanges; assist team with sales.
