• 2+ years in diesel engine, construction, agriculture equipment, or automotive parts/service.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork.

• Provide superior customer service face-to-face or by phone.
• Help customers determine correct parts, verify availability, and make recommendations.
• Determine correct parts, availability, and complete orders.
• Arrange shipping and determine transportation for parts shipments.
• Enter shipping information and generate invoices in the ordering system.
• Process backorders, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members across departments during sales processes.
• Communicate with customers for sales, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Assist with quotes for service, engines, machines, and parts.
• Maintain a safe, productive workplace and comply with environmental standards.
