We pride ourselves on delivering quality products and personalized service to our customers. TFZ is expanding and seeking a passionate Inside CSR and Telesales Associate to join our team. If you excel in customer service and outbound calling, this role is perfect for you!

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years’ experience in a call center sales environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software (Big Commerce, MAS90/Sage 100, Monday, or similar systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong independent and team-working skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and making product recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Make and receive calls to promote and sell our products and services.
