Job summary

Mister Greenway is seeking a motivated customer service representative for an in-office position in Bartlett, TN. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule maintenance visits, and promote services while delivering top-notch support to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a call center or similar customer service role.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable selling services over the phone.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Call customers from prior day for quality check.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of proven success in a call center role
• Inbound and outbound call volume experience
• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 /hr
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm OR 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Location: In Office
