Job summary

United Auto Credit is seeking an Internal Area Sales Manager in Phoenix, AZ to sign, retain, and expand relationships with independent and franchise dealerships.

You will drive dealer growth through The Fast Lane dealer portal, train dealers to submit applications, restructure deals, and switch units, while coordinating with credit, funding, and titles teams to resolve issues. The role includes a ramp-up period and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in auto finance or external sales preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 70+ outbound calls daily to dealers in assigned territories.
• Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and growing existing contracts.
• Train dealers to use The Fast Lane portal to submit applications and restructure deals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies and ancillary products.
• Coordinate with credit, funding, and titles teams to resolve dealership issues.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to dealer customers, including 24/7 availability.
