Job summary

United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) is seeking an Internal Area Sales Manager to grow the dealer network within the assigned territory. You will sign, retain, and expand relationships with independent and franchise dealerships and drive adoption of the Fast Lane dealer portal to optimize deal submissions and funding.

The role offers a starting wage of 20.00 USD/hour plus an uncapped commission plan, with average monthly earnings of 2,000–5,000 USD and potential six-figure earnings for top

Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote office environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

Make an average of 70+ outbound calls daily to dealers in assigned territories.
Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and growing funded contracts.
Train dealers to use The Fast Lane portal for applications, restructures, and unit switches.
Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies and ancillary products.
Coordinate with credit, funding, titles and dealer compliance teams to resolve issues.
Provide best-in-class customer service with 24/7 availability.
