United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) seeks an Internal Area Sales Manager to sign, retain and expand dealer relationships across assigned territories. You will leverage The Fast Lane dealer portal and a strong outbound calling routine to grow market share and fund more deals.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and tools to empower your dealers while earning a competitive base plus uncapped commissions; top earners surpass six figures with base and commissions combined.

Formación

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote office environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, high‑energy, and engaging individual.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and resources to empower dealers to sell more cars and increase revenue.
• Make 70+ outbound calls daily to dealers in assigned territories.
• Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and growing funded contracts.
• Train dealers to use The Fast Lane portal for applications, deal restructuring, and unit switches.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on UACC programs, policies and ancillary products.
• Collaborate with credit, funding, titles and dealer compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service with 24/7 availability.
