Tidewater Tech, located at the Norfolk campus, is seeking an Admissions Representative to combine consultative sales, inside sales, customer service, and relationship-building to guide prospective students through admissions and enrollment. The role emphasizes fast-paced performance and meeting measurable enrollment goals.

Based in Norfolk, responsibilities include assessing goals, educating on programs in Automotive Technology, HVAC, and Welding, and guiding students from inquiry to enrollment

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in sales or admissions or customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM and enrollment management systems

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings - responding with speed and professionalism
• Assess each prospective student’s goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit
• Guide students through every stage of the admissions process: inquiry, appointment setting, interview, application, documentation, and enrollment
• Consistently meet and exceed enrollment KPIs, including outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion rates, application completion rates, and closing ratios
• Proactively follow up with prospective students to keep momentum and resolve barriers to enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Represent TTT at open houses, career fairs, and community recruitment events
