Job summary

Tidewater Tech in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Admissions Representative to blend consultative sales, inside sales, and customer service to guide prospective students through the admissions process for automotive technology, HVAC, and welding programs.

Based at our Norfolk campus, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, educate applicants on programs, overcome objections, and help students move from inquiry to enrollment, while meeting enrollment KPIs and maintaining accurate CRM

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service with KPI focus.
• Familiarity with CRM and enrollment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Assess goals and eligibility to identify the right program fit.
• Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Meet and exceed enrollment KPIs and maintain CRM records.
• Represent Tidewater Tech at events and information sessions.
