Job summary

Cotulla Education, home to Tidewater Tech and related colleges in Norfolk, VA, seeks an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the full enrollment process. You will educate, encourage, and support candidates from inquiry to enrollment, delivering exceptional service and meeting key performance targets.

Responsibilities include advising on Automotive Technology, HVAC, or Welding programs, building relationships, and representing the school at events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with KPI focus.
• One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post‑secondary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full student journey from initial contact to enrollment.
• Assess student goals and eligibility; recommend best program fit.
• Drive the admissions cycle: inquiries, appointments, interviews, applications, enrollment.
• Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs and close rates.
• Represent the school at open houses and career events.
