Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to hit enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with phones, email, and in‑person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and meetings to engage prospective students.
• Assess goals and eligibility; recommend programs that fit student needs.
• Meet or exceed enrollment KPIs and contribute to a high conversion rate.
• Represent Tidewater Tech at events and campus activities.
