Tidewater Tech in Norfolk, VA is actively seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through admissions and enrollment, blending consultative sales, inside sales, and customer service.

Based at our Norfolk campus, you will assess goals, educate on Automotive Technology, HVAC, and Welding programs, and help applicants move from inquiry to enrollment while achieving enrollment KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service with KPI history.
• Admissions experience in education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inquiries via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings.
• Assess goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit.
• Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Meet and exceed enrollment KPIs including outreach volume and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and pipeline activity in the CRM.
