Job summary

BLX Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to handle a book of clients’ daily shipping needs. The role offers thorough training and a base salary plus uncapped commissions for first-year on target earnings of $60-$80K.

You will build relationships with clients, coordinate shipments, negotiate with carriers, and ensure timely updates and tracking across all orders. Weekend hours rotate; no logistics experience required, coachable and entrepreneurial mindset welcomed.

This role comes with a competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions for a first year on target earnings of $60-$80K.

Role Of Account Managers

This position allows the employee a high level of freedom to organize and operate their book of business effectively. This position is supported by a sales team that supplies Account Managers with clients. Effective account managers develop quality relationships with their book of clients and encourage repeat sales through fast response rates and quality customer service.

The Weekend Account Manager hours rotate as follows:

• ○ Saturday: 8:00am-12:00am (Work from home after 5pm)
• ○ Sunday: 9:00am-12:00am (Work from home after 5pm)
