Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points; provide personalized solutions.
• Source new sales opportunities and collaborate with outside sales for upsell opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals; follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Enter orders and manage purchase orders; coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details.
