Job summary

Impact Connects is seeking an Inserter Operator I for the Lettershop Production department on the 2nd shift. You will proficiently run inserting equipment, ensuring quality and accurate output across jobs, while coordinating with the machine's workers to maintain production standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience. Training follows SOPs; focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced mail inserting environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months related experience.
• Ability to read a limited number of one- and two-syllable words.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions from work tickets.
• Operate 6x9 and #10 OSE inserts up to 4 inserts safely.
• Ensure quality and quantity of each assigned job.
• Lead machine's workers to ensure correct and quality outcomes; report issues to supervisor.
• Keep production areas clean at all times.
