Impactconnects in Minneapolis is seeking an Inserter Operator II for the Lettershop Production team. Hours are 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The role involves setting up and running inserting equipment, following tickets and SOPs, and leading the machine crew to ensure accurate, timely production. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of progressive inserting experience, with solid basic English reading/writing skills and the ability to train others on the

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions from work tickets.
• Follow SOPs and ensure quality/quantity for each job.
• Operate inserting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lead machine personnel for accuracy and quality outcomes.
• Report production issues to supervisor promptly.
• Set up inserter and sort/containerize mail as needed.
• Read related forms and paperwork; maintain clean work areas.
