Job summary

ENPOINTE in Brooklyn Park, MN operates mailing services equipment and supports direct marketing campaigns. The Lettershop Inserter Operator will run Secap Tabber, Kirk Rudy Tabber-545, and Horizon Perfect Binder, ensuring accurate addressing and insertion of printed materials into mailings.

This on-site role is on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2 PM–10 PM. Candidates should follow instructions, maintain clean equipment, and adhere to ISO-based quality practices while meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external and internal customers.
• Strong keyboarding, reading, organization, and math skills.
• Knowledgeable in Inventory Control principles.
• Experience in a printing, lettershop, direct mail, or mailing services environment preferred.
• Experience with inserting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for extended periods.
