Job summary

Nahan is seeking an Inserter Operator for the 2nd shift to handle inserting equipment and related inline processes in a Direct Mail production environment. You will set up and operate the inserter, monitor quality, and follow run lists to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position may require overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the inserter and all related inline equipment.
• Follow processes to meet quality, efficiency, and TPM goals.
• Read and follow run lists and complete required paperwork.
