Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare technology or payer configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with a rules engine or decision-management platform.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical rules.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the InRule environment for payer rules.
- Translate payer policies into technical rules and logic.
- Develop, refactor, and tune rules and decision tables.
- Ensure standards for rule development, testing, and deployment.
