Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager for Revenue Cycle – InRule Administration to own payer-specific business rules and decision logic within InRule, integrated with Brightree across DME businesses. The role translates complex payer policies into scalable system rules and ensures end-to-end order-to-cash workflows align with payer requirements.

You will work with payer rules analysts, configuration specialists, and RCM partners as a technical expert.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare technology, payer configuration, or rules administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with rule development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for InRule and the rules engine supporting Brightree.
• Translate payer policies into technical rules and decision logic.
• Develop, refactor, and tune rules, tables, and components for scalability.
• Collaborate with payer rules analysts and IT on integrations and deployments.
• Monitor rule performance and identify defects or optimization opportunities.
• Provide technical direction without direct people management.
