Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle – InRule Administration. You will own payer‑specific rules within InRule across our DME businesses, translating policies into scalable rule logic and ensuring end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash accuracy with Brightree.

Lead technical direction while partnering with analysts and IT to optimize the rules environment. You will apply governance standards, perform validation, and drive improvements to prevent denials and unbilled revenue, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare tech, payer configuration or rules administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with a rules engine or decision management platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical rules and system changes.
• Experience with rule development, testing, deployment, and version control.
• Data fluency (SQL or equivalent) to trace feeding data.

Responsibilities

• Own InRule environment including authoring, design, testing, and optimization.
• Translate payer policies into technical rules and logic.
• Develop and tune rules, decision tables, and components for scalability.
• Adhere to governance standards for rule development and deployment.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of changes.
• Maintain inventory of payer rules and dependencies with traceability.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on InRule–Brightree integration.
• Support new payer implementations, acquisitions, and migrations.
