Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle – InRule Administration to own payer-specific business rules within InRule, integrated with Brightree across our DME businesses.

You will translate complex payer policies into technical rule logic, administer InRule for end-to-end order-to-cash workflows, and collaborate with payer rules analysts and configuration specialists to support Revenue Cycle operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare technology or related technical function.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with rule development/configuration, testing, debugging, deployment, version control, and production support.
• Direct experience developing and administering a business-rules engine or comparable rules-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for the InRule environment, including rule authoring, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Translate payer policies into technical business rules and decision logic within InRule.
• Independently develop, refactor, and tune rules and rule components to keep the environment scalable.
• Maintain standards for rule development, testing, deployment, and change management.
