Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Telemetry/ICU nurse for PRN night shifts (7pm–7am) at a 20-bed small-format hospital partnering with ChristianaCare. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care in high-acuity settings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with interprofessional collaboration. Night shifts offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes in

Qualifications

• RN license in PA with no sanctions.
• 2+ years RN Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care with advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Comply with state Board of Nursing standards.
