Emerus Holdings, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Telemetry/ICU to deliver high-quality patient care in our 20-bed small-format hospital on PRN daytime shifts (7am–7pm).

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in telemetry/ICU, proficiency with cardiac rhythm interpretation and ventilator support, and a collaborative approach with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care, including transfers to higher levels of care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Current state RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide nursing care tailored to age and specialty needs.
• Follow physician orders in nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in patient care.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform testing per policies.
• Handle admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Assemble equipment for procedures and assist others as needed.
• Comply with state nursing practice standards.
