Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse for our 20-bed small-format hospital in Carlisle. This FT Day shift (7a–7p) position covers PCU/Step-Down and Telemetry, delivering patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and clinical excellence.

You will plan and implement age-appropriate nursing care, follow physician orders, and maintain privacy, infection control, and documentation. Requires 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, PA licensure, BLS/ACLS, English fluency, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required.
• 2+ years full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, or 2+ years combination experience in related healthcare positions, required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required; PALS strongly preferred (ENPC substitution possible).
• English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific nursing care with advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician's orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in delivering patient care.
• Collect lab samples and perform testing per policies, COLA, and CLIA regulations.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
