Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Santa Fe, NM, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care across shifts. You will prioritize nursing tasks, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role includes opportunities for education and certification reimbursement, night/weekend differentials, malpractice coverage, loan forgiveness programs, and exposure to the EPIC electronic charting system.

Qualificações

• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• Degree from accredited nursing program preferred; BSN goal within 5 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient needs and responses.
• Coordinates patient care through collaboration with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Performs unit-standard assessments and documents data on appropriate flow sheets.
• Initiates and documents protocols and standards of care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents per policy.
• Identifies and addresses patient and family learning and discharge needs.
• Evaluates progression toward outcomes and documents using unit standards.

Formação

Nursing degree (preferred)

ADN minimum with BSN within 5 years
