Job summary

Direct Jobs seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time position covers the night shift from 7PM to 7AM. Successful candidates will have a current NM RN license, BLS certification, and the ability to coordinate care specific to diverse patient populations.

The role requires collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure efficient service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license is required.
• BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
• Maintain all required certifications after hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements patient care specific to age and psychosocial needs.
• Develops and implements individualized plan of care for patients.
• Evaluates and modifies the plan of care based on patient progress.
• Exhibits behaviors that promote patient/customer satisfaction.

Skills

Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served

Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care

Communicates in a clear concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patient

Education

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
