Job summary

Required ADN or higher, NM or Compact RN license, and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications encouraged. EPIC charting used for documentation; shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• RN degree and NM or Compact licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required for all RN roles.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as specified for departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care and delegate to home health aides.
• Maintain clinical competence and adjust nursing care as needed.
• Coordinate care with patient, family, and disciplines.
• Ensure informed consent and patient rights during admission.
• Provide patient/family teaching and use return demonstrations.
